What is a Southern Oregon Photo Booth?
 

- Our photo booths are top of the line, highly portable, attractive, and professionally built.  They are built out of high quality aluminum and wood, making them lightweight, and elegant. Our photo booths are also built with digital cameras, and high quality printers that provide a premium photo strip.
 

How does the Southern OregonPhoto Booth work?
 

- Close the curtains and press the glowing "start" button and the fun begins!
- Our modern photo booths are very similar to the "old school" booths with a built in screen showing a live image of the picture about to be taken.  The photo booth will then take up to four images at set intervals. 
- As soon as your photos have been taken, your photo strip will be ready in under a minute.

- Because our custom designed photo booths are digital, they provide more options than any other competitors offer in the region! We offer more customizations than anyone else, and we are willing to pull out all the stops to make your event memorable.  Also, we offer custom logos and/or text at the bottom of every photo strip, so people will remember your event for years to come!

What format do our photo strips print in?
 

- Photo strips are printed as a traditional photo strips showing four photos, or a postcard style print.  The traditional photo strip is our most popular option, but we do offer other choices as well!

Are the photo strips in color or black & white?
 

- You have your choice of either color photo strips or black & white photo strips.  Both options are very popular, it is your choice as to which option you prefer.

How does the live slide show option work?
 

- If you chose a package that includes the live slideshow, there will be a 23" monitor displaying a live slide show during your event.  As more guest take pictures, the length of the slide show will increase.  People tend to gather around and watch the slide show and enjoy the laughs together!

What type of events will Southern Oregon Photo Booths provide services for?
 

- We are willing to rent photo booths to nearly any event imaginable.  Some of our more common events include birthday parties, charities, class reunions, corporate events, fundraisers, high school dances, school graduation parties, and of course, weddings!

What all comes with Southern OregonPhoto Booth packages?
 

- Our photo packages are all inclusive.  There are NO surprise fees or costs, as everything is paid for ahead of time.  We include free setup/breakdown, delivery, a professional on-site attendant for the entire event, unlimited photos, and a DVD of all photos with full copyrights!

Will there be an attendant on-site for our event?
 

- Unlike some of our competitors, an on-site attendant will ALWAYS be provided for the entire length of your event.  Our highly trained attendants will be there to make sure everything runs efficiently for your event!

Do we get copies of our photos?
 

- Included in every photo booth package is a DVD of all photos with full copyrights, at no additional cost!
 

Can my guests get copies of photos online?
 

- Some of our packages include an online photo gallery where guests can download photos for their own use.  An online gallery is an optional add-on for all packages as well.  Our online gallery is password protected for your guest’s privacy as well!

Can we personalize our layouts?
 

- We are willing to personalize your entire photo booth experience!  The layouts can be personalized with any caption and/or date you wish, along with a logo/image at no additional cost.  We are also willing to custom design the entire layout as well for a minimal fee.
 

What about Props?  Do you offer them?

  - Some of our packages include a photo prop box that typically includes silly and goofy props that are fun and add variety to your photos!   The prop box contains a variety of hats, masks, sunglasses and other random items that your guests will love!  Prop boxes can also be added onto our basic package for a minimal fee!

Do we get double prints?
 

- Our standard duel photo strip provides a mirror copy of every image.  Typically, we save the mirror copy during weddings for the bride and groom to create a scrapbook.  However, depending on your event, we can save this second image, or give them away as well.  If extra copies are requested, we will gladly print them as well.
 

How far in advance do we need to book?
 

- We often receive bookings over a year in advance.  We have multiple photo booths available, so we often have booths available with less notice.  The sooner you contact us, the more likely we will have that date available.  We are willing to book last minute events if there is a booth available.
 

How much is the deposit?
 

- We require a $100 deposit to secure your reservation date.

What forms of payment do you accept?
 

- We accept personal checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard.

When is my final payment due?
 

-Final payment for your photo booth is due two weeks prior to the event date.

What happens if my event is canceled or the date is changed?
 

- We request that you notify us as soon as possible if something occurs. We are willing to carry over your deposit for a future event such as a holiday party, birthday party or future corporate event, as long as we are given at least 30 days notice.

We service all of Southern Oregon including Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland, Klamath Falls, Rogue River, Talent, Merlin, Central Point, Selma and more! Southern Oregon Photo Booths is partners Willamette Photo Booths which services the Willamette Valley and beyond. Contact us and we will make your event memorable!

Can we have idle time during events?
  We offer idle time as an option for all of our events. If you would like the photo booth setup but temporarily out of service during portions of your event, we will put it on idle and not use your service hours.
